The aeroSling® ELITE is the model for aeroSlingers that demand maximum flexibility in their training. The grip height can be adjusted with simply to use, patented grip knot specially designed for the ELITE. Most of time it is sufficient to only adjust one of the two grip knots for superfast adjustment.
The aeroSling® ELITE allows for alternating movements over the whole main rope length and enables a maximum number of exercises. The aeroSling® ELITE comes with durable, high-quality aluminum core grips as standard.
No separate foot loops that get in the way! Let's face it - most of the time you will use your hands to connect with the aeroSling® ELITE. Separate foot loops would be in the way all the time. With the aeroSling® ELITE you simply slide the grip handles to the side of the grip sling and use the grip sling to suspend your feet.

With the removable, integrated door anchor you can now workout almost anywhere. If possible, we recommend to use the anchor sling and hook it around a solid object but sometimes this is just not an option. In that case, use a sturdy door and simply hook up your aeroSling® ELITE using the door anchor.

aeroSling® Slingtrainer Basics
aeroSling® Slingtrainers are based on using your own bodyweight as resistence - it´s called bodyweight exercises or simply BWE. It is known to be one of the most effective and natural form of physical activity. Through their high variability aeroSling® Slingtrainers can be adjusted exactly to the users needs. The important factors are
- the adjustable angle towards the anchorpoint,
- the adjustable instability of the main rope,
- the adjustable pendulum force that gets disproportionately stronger the further the suspension point moves away from the anchorpoint,
- the adjustable grip handles for hand, foot and arm suspension.
Ranging from beginners to professional athletes - everyone can train for more strength, strength endurance, muscle coordination, and joint stabilization. Nearly every exercise can be varied depending on the users individual fitness level. That means that there often is a standard, a way to make it easier and a way to make the same exercise more demanding.
